Pilates with Amy has made such a difference to my body. I feel so much stronger, my running ability has improved, and it’s really helped with injury prevention. Amy’s approach to Pilates is very inclusive. She always checks in with everyone before class to make sure she is targeting individual clients needs, ie any injuries we may have. Personally, I always feel invigorated and challenged. Doing Pilates with Amy has made me more aware of my body and what I need to stay strong. Thanks Amy!!!

Amy is an amazing teacher. She has a profound knowledge of the Pilates method which she augments with other modern movement principles to achieve the best individualised outcome for each of her clients. I’ve been seeing Amy for about eight years. I have a number of musculoskeletal issues including a spinal fusion so I am very choosy about any instructors I work with. Amy takes the trouble to get to know her clients’ bodies and train them appropriately. She has been a “God send” to me over the years and I am totally devoted to her. I've been attending classes at Body In Line Pilates for many years now as part of my exercise regime. I love how flexible it is to address any physical niggles or issues on the spot. Amy (and Pam) are so experienced and bring a passion for helping clients no matter their age or their physical abilities. At one point when I had an ankle injury Pilates was really the only form of exercise I could do as there are so many pieces of equipment and modifications that can be made to really target (or avoid) specific areas.
