Amy is passionate about Pilates and the many benefits it has to offer. In 2002, after discovering Pilates and experiencing the benefits within her own body, Amy began working within a local Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio. She has spent much of her time specialising in Pilates-based rehabilitative exercise.
Amy has a strong love of learning and has completed full Pilates Mat and Studio Certification through Pilates International Training Centre (PITC), a Certificate IV in Pilates Instruction with PITC and Cert IV in Massage. She has also completed the Franklin Method teacher training and has studied Pilates for Children. Plus, she has completed the Booty Barre Training Course and is a qualified BLACKROLL Functional Fascia Trainer (we did say she loves to learn!!). She holds an Advanced Diploma of The Pilates Method and is a Member of Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA).
