Welcome

We are a team of highly skilled Pilates practitioners who will work with you to strengthen, challenge, rehabilitate and improve your body. We can help you to feel stronger, more flexible, balanced, and energised.

We work with everyone – from beginners to advanced, kids through to adults of all ages, and those who are looking to enhance fitness, prevent injury or rehabilitate after surgery, injury or illness.

We offer a friendly and welcoming environment where you get results. Classes are available at our fully equipped studio in the Gerringong Surf Club, overlooking beautiful Werri Beach, or join us in Berry where we host classes one day per week.

Body in Line has been nurturing the South Coast community since 1999; come along and experience a class for yourself!

COVID-19 Precautions

At Body In Line Pilates we are committed to keeping our clients and instructors safe. We are operating in accordance with our COVID Safe Plan and have increased personal hygiene practices, the regular sanitisation of equipment and high-touch surfaces, and ensuring physical distancing is practiced.

We urge you to be considerate of others and not attend the Studio for a class if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms. This situation is dynamic and we continue to monitor advice and information locally and nationally.

Reiterating the protocols for attending classes in the Studio:

  • Please wash and/or sanitise hands before entering the Studio
  • Maintain physical distancing at all times; we are required to adhere to these rules both inside the Studio and within all areas of the building.
  • Please avoid arriving early to your session and leave promptly at its conclusion.
  • Please avoid gathering or being in close proximity to others until you’ve left the building.
  • Feel free to bring along your own equipment if you feel more comfortable doing so.
